How does the Legacy PLUS System work?

 What are the cover options for the books?

All books are available in both hard cover and soft cover formats. We also have 30+ premade designs and can custom make designs!

Can I add pages to my book after I purchase?

Yes! You can purchase additional pages for your book at any time up until the final book design and proof. 

What if I have a lot of photos that are printed and not digital?

Not a problem! We offer a full photo digitizing service. This service is secure, safe, and includes a fast turnaround time. Contact us and we can discuss options!

Are there alternate payment methods?

We offer additional payment methods including wire transfers. Contact us above if you'd like to use a different payment method.

Are there payment plans?

Yes, you have 2 options:

1) Shop Pay: During the checkout process choose SHOP PAY as the payment option and select "installments". Then proceed through the steps. 

2) Payment Plan through Life & Legacy Plus:

There are four milestones to complete your book

  • Initial Setup
  • Submissions & preliminary design process
  • Digital production
  • Print production

Payment Plan- 3 installments: 

Installment 1: A deposit of 50% is required to begin the project. This covers the initial setup- planning, interviews, technology setup, and pre production.

Installment 2: the next 25% will be due during the Preliminary Design Process- 30 days from the date you purchased the book. 

Installment 3- the last 25% will be due 60 days from the date you purchased the book or prior to shipment of the printed version, whichever comes first. 

What is the refund policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our work, we have the following refund policy:

There are four milestones to complete your book

  • Initial Setup
  • Submissions & preliminary design process
  • Digital production
  • Print production

  • If you cancel before the “submissions and preliminary design process” milestone, you may receive a partial refund of 90% for uncompleted work, minus a 10% cancellation fee. Percentages are calculated on the total book cost.
  • If you cancel before the “digital production” milestone, you may receive a partial refund of 50% for uncompleted work, minus a 50% cancellation fee. Percentages are calculated on the total book cost.
  • No refunds will be issued after the “Digital Production milestone”, as significant creative work will have been completed.
  • In the unlikely event of errors (e.g., typos or inaccuracies), we offer free revisions to meet the agreed-upon standards. Refunds are not provided for subjective dissatisfaction.
  • Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed case-by-case at our discretion.
